Basic Step - Straight-forward step and muscle intervals without twists and turns.

Cardio Dance - Burn Calories while dancing! This easy to follow dance includes salsa, cha-cha, merengue, double-step, cumbia, reggaeton and aerobics.

Cardio Interval - This class integrates cardiovascular drills with muscle conditioning for a unique straight-forward workout perfect for participants at all fitness levels.

Fit Core - Tone your abs and back using exercises that are designed to develop core stability and increase balance using foam roller, exercise ball, gliders, and more!

Group Cycle - Indoor cycling on state of the art bikes that utilize visualization, heart rate training, motivational empowerment and music to enhance your physical and mental well-being. Please call up to two hours before class starts to reserve a bike.

Line Dancing - Learn the latest dances and get a great workout at the same time!

Muscle Conditioning - Designed to accommodate both the beginning and advanced student. Instructor uses a variety of equipment including but not limited to, physio-balls, weights, tubes, bands and steps.

Pilates Fusion - Pilates class that utilizes props including foam rollers, bands and balls. Besides focusing on spinal alignment, we will pay particular attention to both the shoulder and pelvic girdles in order to gain core strength, postural awareness and better overall movement habits. All levels are welcome.

Step - Cardiovascular conditioning created by stepping up and down on an adjustable platform. Modifications are given to accommodate all levels.

Tribal Mix - This class incorporates tribal dance cardio workouts with muscle conditioning.

U-Jam - This class unites world beats with urban flavor and takes you around the world from Hip-Hop to Bollywood. This intense cardiovascular workout features easy to learn dance steps that make you sweat, tone your body, and leave you craving for more! U-JAM Fitness is Universal, Unique and eUphoric! So lace up your high-tops and let the music drive you!

Yoga - Design to enhance vitality and well being, this class focuses on flexibility, balance, strength and posture.

Zumba - A fun fusion of Latin and international music with easy to follow dance steps. 

Zumba Toning - Shake it. Tone it. Rock it! A Latin-inspired dance fitness party using weighted maracas for a rhythmic sculpting workout.
